We have placed an order for a Koenig & Bauer ChromaCUT X Pro high board line flexo rotary die-cutter (formerly known as the CorruCUT).

The machine, which will be the first of its kind in the UK, is due to be installed at our Rawcliffe Bridge facility in Yorkshire. Installation is scheduled for January 2023, with the line being fully commissioned before the end of first quarter of the year. The line will feature a Dücker DPF Prefeeder and an Avanti Pegasus palletiser, both of which will ensure maximum uptime and throughput for this new four colour printing machine.

Rawcliffe Bridge is our centre of excellence for Speciality & Transit packaging and this machine will assist us in further expansion into relevant Food and Pharmaceutical markets building upon our recently acquired BRC AA+ accreditation.”

They have clearly made a name for themselves as a high class machinery manufacturer of litho offset presses for fibre-based packaging, and now also as a manufacturer of flexo printing machines for corrugated.
