We are proud of the significant contribution made to our business by all of our female colleagues at Cepac.
In 2024, we set up the Senior Women’s Forum to address specific issues facing women in senior roles within our business. Topics discussed so far include menopause support, flexible working, recruitment of more women to Cepac and how we can enhance career development. We value the work done within the Senior Women’s Forum and look forward to continuing the growth of the numbers of female colleagues throughout the Cepac Group.
