The ‘Women in Packaging Excellence Awards 2026’ celebrates the achievements of women and allies driving innovation, sustainability, and leadership across the packaging industry in the UK and beyond.
Industry leaders will gather on 18 June in London for an inspiring evening reception, recognising outstanding contributions across the entire packaging value chain - from circular innovation and sustainability to mentorship, allyship and commercial success.
At Cepac, we are delighted to have no fewer than seven of our team shortlisted in an exceptionally well supported ‘Women in Packaging Excellence Awards 2026’. Here are a few words from the Cepac finalists:

Andrea says,
"I’m genuinely shocked and surprised to be nominated for two awards, Mentor in Packaging and Digital & Data Transformation Leader. It’s an incredible honour to be recognised alongside so many inspiring people. These nominations reflect the brilliant teams I’ve worked with, the progress we’ve made to drive meaningful change through data and process improvements, and the opportunity I’ve had to support and mentor others, something I’m incredibly passionate about as we continue to grow and develop talent across the business.”

Becky says,
"I would have to say that colleagues taking the time to nominate me for this award was a lovely recognition for the work that I have done over the almost 20 years I have been in the industry. To be shortlisted as a finalist was another thing entirely. I am more than a little taken a back and very grateful, but certainly couldn’t achieve any of the things I have without a great team around me.”

Brooke says,
"Being entered into the Awards is both an honour and a moment of reflection for me. Working in this industry has helped shape who I am professionally and personally, and to have my contribution recognised in this way means more than I can fully express."

Eleanor says,
"Being nominated alongside so many other incredibly talented women and male advocates from across the industry is an honour. I’d like to say a huge thank you to my wonderful colleagues and customers for their lovely nominations and testimonials. I’m looking forward to celebrating the recognition of my very deserving colleagues and wish everyone the best of luck!"

Katy says,
"I am very proud of the part I’ve played paving the way for women in our industry and helping people develop. As a production operator, to be nominated for an award is a real honour, and it means a lot that my contribution over the past 33 years has been recognised. Thank you!”

Suzi says,
"Being nominated meant a lot to me, but to be shortlisted I was completely shocked. It shows that all my hard work and effort is paying off. I am excited to celebrate with all the other Cepac nominees. I am also honoured and thankful, that two of my colleagues took their time to nominate me, so thank you."

A few words from fellow finalist, Craig Mason, Group Resources Director (People & Services).
Finalist: Male Ally of the Year.
"I am very pleased to be nominated for this award which recognises the hard work of the Cepac Board, my team and the Senior Women’s Forum to address women’s issues. It makes obvious business sense to invest in the fantastic women we have, and to also attract more female talent in future - that is what we will continue to do at Cepac."
